M&V to quantify the results of MEEs in ANEEL buildings

Measurement and verification of lighting and air conditioning items, including calibrated simulation, in the ANEEL building.

Mitsidi Performance

Mitsidi supported the client in obtaining lighting and air conditioning data and information for the M&V project, demonstrating that the MEEs implemented between 2016 and 2021 were effective, saving energy and costs, with a positive RCB.

Results

Execution of M&V with the available information, in addition to proposing air renewal in environments with VRF and the preparation of a general as-built model of the Building;
Proven savings of 873.6 kWh and R$292,506.75 per year.
